- Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery, provided:
The item is in its original packaging
It is in resalable condition
Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation) is provided
Please contact us before returning any item.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:
Perishable goods (e.g. plants, food products)
Custom or personalised items
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
- Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photographic evidence and will offer:
A replacement
An exchange
Or a full refund
This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
Please note:
We do not refund original delivery charges unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Items purchased in-store must be returned in person with proof of purchase. In-store returns follow the same policy as outlined above.
